The NOTICE file mentions Tomcat, but it is an ASF project and is therefore included in the second paragraph. There are rather more 3rd party items mentioned in the NOTICE file than in the LICENSE. Every 3rd party library will have some kind of license and these need to be documented in the LICENSE

There's a lot of inconsistency in the various podling web-sites. Seems to me that they should all clearly mention Apache and the Incubator, and should include the Apache Feather, together with clears links to the Incubator and ASF foundation sites. Likewise, and download pages should use the mirr

Podlings can either graduate, go dormant or retire. There should be a reason for changing to state to dormant or retire; at present this is stored as additional text in the description field, which is not ideal. I'd like to add a new field (call it for now) to contain the details; possible better
