I would rephrase it as: When we are releasing all the projects together
(which is the case today), then we should try to sync up the bundled
JARs. When we are only releasing FOP it is clear the previous Batik
release would then be out of date.

Looking again at the project websites; I think it is only the XML
Graphics Project logo that we need to change. The FOP and Batik ones are
secondary images in the page underneath the project logo, so we probably
don't need to change them.

switch now and then committers can tweak the site once its live and they
find issues. Rather than continuing with cycles of prototypes, feedback
and adjustment.
