On one of my boxes system date is 2-days behind.
When I run:
usr/bin/rdate "time.nist.gov" && hwclock --systohc
rdate: [time.nist.gov] Mon Feb 20 12:39:59 2017
eden ~ # date
Sat Feb 18 19:28:39 MST 2017
The system clock is not getting updated, why? Is the time difference too
much?

The access was:
user: root
password: test
But this device is poorly constructed. I was not able to register it
with asterisk.

to control the above two (all wired keyboard and mouse).
Now I have a new additional box:
PC-3: 1 port with (PS/2 Keyboard or Mouse) + USB's DB9 plug monitor.
How to get all three working with one monitor keyboard and mouse.

Local Asterisk registers with Remote Network over VPN so IP's need to

Is there an easier way to mange it?

No, Brother only supply rpm or deb drivers.
I was able to use "rpm" to install brother driver this way, so it should
work with the scanner as well.

I think I'm missing entry in make.conf:
I have
SANE_BACKENDS="epson2"
but I'm not sure what to enter for brother scanner.

but when I run as user: "scanimage -L"
device `epson2:libusb:002:003' is a Epson GT-9300 flatbed scanner
only my epson scanner is showing up, NO Brother scanner is detected.
What am I missing?

annoying feature in this scanner is that doesn't have "auto
crop" (windows does) auto-feeder does not work. Scanning small receipts
showing black borders on both sides (snapscan borders are white - easier
to fax, print).
I'll need to ask Brother support if it possible to change the borders to
white background.

just save
the file with "0" bytes; yes the file is empty.
rw-r--r-- 1 fd users 0 Feb 11 09:09 nvrambak.bin
The command I run:
for i in `nvram show | grep traff- | cut -f1 -d=""`; do nvram unset $i; done
I think I will have to reload the dd-wrt firmware and restore old (good)
nvrambak.bin

Yes, the command was run on two different networks: 10.0.0.0 and 10.10.0.0
So it must have something to do with network setup.

I've never seen this one. I was able to log-in to the router but making
backup did not recognized stored password (it seems).
Making backup from different firefox profile worked OK
