Usually how it works to get commit access you need to submit a number of
patches first. Once your work has gained the trust of one of the current
committers they can nominate you.
Until then, you should be able to check out the code from svn, generate
diffs for patches, without having
I created my Xircles account two weeks ago and applied to join the
GeoServer and GeoTools projects, but my credentials are still being
refused when I try to svn commit. Xircles still lists my application as
