We require the source code for Gimp to use the program in our
application.We want to convert the images to XPM format .We are
windows users It was said that we can use Vc for using Gimp in our
own programs.Kindly clarify us how to go about it

AMP file are very simple to read and to process: These arbitrary map
files contain gamma tables with 256 byte values. The files contain
either one or three (and possibly more) of these tables. A monochrome
table would contain just one set of values, an RGB table would contain
