This is an emergency release due to a bug in the configure script.
This bug was fixed in beta, but reappeared due to a system upgrade
that replaced the fixed file.
There is another quality fix. All users should take this upgrade.

I put a new version of my fourier plugin on the sourceforge cvs server.
I really need some help from a plugin developer to make it good. What
you can do now with it is fouriertransform a RGB image and cutting away
some parts in the frequency domain using the alphachannel then transform
the pic
