years ago and evolved to an open-source tool for Hollywood
productions.
Perhaps it meets your needs or gives you, Jehan, some inspiration
for your work on GIMP 2.10.

I'm a very light, occasional Gimp user and don't know what's happened to the
text tool (I'm using v2.8.4).
When using the text too, some letters kick out of the text tool and open other
tool options. Small l opens the blend tool. Small b opens path tool. Big
B opens bucket fill.
