Im currently looking atthe possibility to replace photoshop with gimp..
Just finished a random private project... a floor replacement.

I can only download the first 600kb of the file funny enough though
GIMP can still open the corrupt image and show two layers :D... I thought
that was cool. In any case, either the file is corrupt or something is
wrong with the Dropbox host.

I was able to download the complete file. Haven't had time to look at it
and don't know if I will have anything to offer but the file itself
seems good.

GIMP has no adjustment layers, but we're working on a non-destructive

The question isn't really if the workflow is nondestructive,
but rather, to what extent. In GIMP you can paint nondestructively by
using a new transparent layer. In photoshop you can do that and on top
of that use layer effects/filters nondestructively. That is, afaik, not
