My trick for finding plug-ins and/or scripts in the menus:
Look in the 'menurc' file in your ~/gimp_home_dir
(this is a plain text menu dump)

Hi there,
I'm preparing an article about The GIMP for a turkish digital photograpy
magazine Digital PhotoLine and I need some high resolution GIMP logos to
use in that article. A big Wilber logo would be great. I've spidered the
web but I can't find any high resolution logos.

Try "Xtns->Plugin Details ..." inside Gimp.
