As for me, the author is nor polite nor impartial. He critisizes GIMP
all the time but he don't even mention any GIMP advantages. Sometimes he
even hides the facts: on the new GIMP GTK+-2 and look and work under
Windows. He says several times GIMP cannot handle files larger than web
graphics.

When I start gimp 2 (ps its amazing) I get the toolbox & a large blank
