[Gimp-user] gegl 0.0 file reloading
After upgrading my Gimp to 2.6.11 I've noticed that a 'gegl 0.0' file is created in mm 'My Documents' folder. After I delete it it reappears after I reload gimp. Does anyone know of a fix for this problem? I have gimp 2.2.13 installed on my system, in /usr/bin/gimp. My distribution is Scientific Linux 5.5, i.e. a version of Redhat Enterprise 5. I'm trying to build gimp in /usr/local. I successfully installed the babl libraries in /usr/local/lib/babl-0.0. The next step, before compiling gimp itself, is to install gegl. The configure script for gegl runs successfully (after I inserted the correct path in PKG_CONFIG_PATH), but the compilation fails with the errors in my original posting. Didn't say anything about a service pack. Anyway, tried the same with 2.6.6 portable on Vista and still crashes. But only when there is an image open. [Gimp-user] gegl operation dialog box is missing the sliders
Hi :) I am having this problem - when I slect "Gegl Operation" the Gegl operation toolbox appears as normal, but when I select anything from the drop list with operations the sliders and check boxes for inputting settings are missing. I have been working on the pixel access stuff, some ICC colorspace classes using lcms, and some swap stuff. That should be done in a few weeks. The node stuff (of which there is aready a good chuck of it in CVS) will be done some months after that. It all depends on my (and calvins) free time of course (unless someone wants to pay me ;-)). gegl introduction is slated to begin with the next developers version after 2.0, though we have not set any dates as to when that will lead to new features nor have we decided how this will proceed. Hopefully it won't be that long to a next stable release of gimp. It would be nice to see it in 2004 (albeit late 2004). -- Daniel pgp0.pgp Description: PGP signature
