We had a new member at the DLSLUG meeting last night, and it was a
fellow who first heard about Linux at Hosstraders, and apparently at
NEARFest, 'a really interesting guy with a long beard' gave him an
Ubuntu disk, and he was convinced.
He was quite surprised that NEARFes
Al,
GNHLUG has talked it over, and as a formal group we have decided not to
participate in NEARFest this year. This has nothing to do with NEARFest
per se, but the changing market of Linux and free software.
For several years (as you know) we came to Hosstraders to do a couple of
things:

You might want to use PuppyOS over or in addition to DSL. PuppyOS is
