Ever since the scrapping of the contentious RP 2011, the hopes of ordinary
Goans have been kept alive on a diet of empty promises and assurances by the
Digambar Kamat government, even as they painstakingly sat together and came up
with suggestions for each of their villages for the proposed RP

guess like all of us, you will learn as you go along in life.

Firstly, with due respect I would like to remind you that we have been
liberated from the colonial regime

While we appreciate your contribution towards educating people on Panchayati
Raj and the importance of a vibrant and dynamic local self government, we
cannot understand why you keep endeavouring to sabotage the efforts of other
Goans who are trying their in their own little way, with
I absolutely agree with Soter. Goa cerainly does not need this highway. It is
mostly going to benefit neighbouring states at our cost. This is precisely what
this Government is all about - top priority is holding on to their positions
and making tall promises while the rest of the country
