Hello there,
I'm clearly hearing Voice of Vietnam broadcasting in French on 9730 right
now. Talking about the history of relationship with Cuba and Castro.
Well, QRM from CRI broadcasting continuous music on the same frequency, but
with some AM sync I can pull them off.

Thanks. Yes, I have then on 9730 and 11885 today. So hopefully all is well

9840 and 12020 -- Voice of Vietnam is missing this morning from these two of
its usual frequencies. Together with yesterday's absence from 11885, it has me
concerned that they may be dropping their non-Vietnamese language services.
Anyone have any info about it? They do seem to be on 11720
station relay site, 14.57 UT
11805even FEBA in Hindi via RRTM Telecom Tashkent UZB at 14.52 UT.

If you send them a reception report for 10219 they’ll QSL that. If you

Voice of Vietnam with a good signal this afternoon on 9730 kHz, and fair on

It is super weak, but I have The Voice Of Vietnam in English on 12019khz
via their 100kw transmitter in Hanoi. The carrier actually seems to be
around 12019.3.
I can't really make out the speech except to tell it's there. I did
recognize the cheesy outdated 70s news theme music and intro theme
I know with the exception of WHR Cypress Creek, it all comes from their own

Two sites lists VOV as transmitter form Hanoi-Sontay. One other website
suggests Hanoi and Sontay are two seperate sites.
I tried finding the co-ordinates for both sites and came upon these two
websites:
