Yeah, those colour lasers are real beasts, aren't they? Do the colour toners rotate on that one, or are they inline? inline, I would think that rotating cartridges would be a noisy headache... way too mechanical and problematic.

Don't forget to check event viewer and see if there are any errors or warnings. If you have long logs you can even compare the event time spread on startup events from boot to boot to see if anything stands out. Could be a network issue (a feature, not a bug!) or service(s) taking it's sweet
