I think it's probably smartest to keep your mapsrc/modelsrc/src under SVN, and have a script that automatically builds your mod assets when the SVN revision changes. Then have the team use rsync to download the built assets into their sourcemods folder. As for SVN vs P4 vs git. SVN wins because
