Looking at those scripts, they aren't much different than what plagued GMod a while. It's mostly a bunch of scripts that run a console command a bunch (physics_budget) and some that run commands during the connect phase. In TF2 it was fixed and there are plenty of plugins to block console commands

No, it's a real exploit caused by the client loading it's own sourcemod with full privileges in a listen server, then staying in the engine when you connect to another server. You can't do anything to other clients obviously, but you can change restricted CVars. Easily blockable using

No, its plugin, all plugins for server can be used on client, you can use Sourcemod ON client in clanwars etc, you can remove cheat flags from cvars etc.. Plugin is loaded when you start game, not when you start a listenserver. Its nothing new and valve dont care, so why you think they will care

I think the real problem here is lack of the server showing up in the server list. Because the server binds to a non-routeable IP like 192.168.1.100, when it tells the master server it's IP the master server goes non-routeable, ignore. Has anyone on the list come up with a solution to get
