Usually means there's a problem with the item server. I'm pretty sure it's
not on purpose. Hope this helps.

I'm having an issue with the Left 4 Dead Demo Win32 dedicated server
files. When I start it, it changes to right map and that kind of things.
But it before the VAC ok message it displays: Unable to load Steam
library. (not the error with all those *** (stars) in it).
