I think I just about got the copy and paste portion of the HOT Code document
done. I especially liked how copying from one hackpad to another keeps the
original author, so if you're wondering how/why your words got added, simple
copy/paste. Please review in case

there seems to be some good work going, but lots of fixmes that will
probably need locals to identify names and such; however we could probably
tackle some geometries, etc. remotely (imagery dependent).

identified tagging that is not consistent with documentation in the wiki
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org). Often people mistakenly mark a task as
done (or even validated). It is often nice to contact the mapper who

I'll totally admit that I helped drop the ball on this one - still have
somewhere on my ToDo list to help the Activation WG create those templates
and the process.
I think the best course of action is to get this information into a working
group's hands - which is a larger thing
the quality of the map data in the area and if there is any OSM
community there/how best to reach out; then we can work out specifics -
really we just need to know our efforts are actually needed (i.e. people in
need of aid will receive benefit from whatever we do).
