I suspect that the problem is that the call to InitPreviews() at
GLPreviewFrame.cpp:679 should actually be outside the #ifdef
and outside the if (i.e. 4 lines earlier). I just tried that and it
seems to fix the problem.
If you do that it will crash on GTK (Linux).
I could only test the
