Does Imail perform DNSBL checks on just the last SMTP server in the chain, or does it
check all SMTP servers involved in the delivery of the message?
Currently, messages for my domain pass through a number of intermediaries (DNS Host
Company - ISP - Imail) and so there are a number

I have a customer whom has gotten a corrupted message in their mailbox.
This message cannot be downloaded or deleted through webmail. I have tried
deleting the account and removing the orphaned mailbox. This didn't work
either. Does anyone know of anything that I can do to correct this?
