This is Satyrium nepalense. Very peculiar. If you see, it has two
spurs. There is another species Satyrium nepalense var. ciliatum. It
is found in Mussorie and Chakrata but very rare. It has very short
spur and flowers are more whitish.

The two really look similar, C. barbatus has yellow flowers, C. speciosus
white. Wish we had some with emerging flowers. Pankaj ji's suggestion can

I think Pankaj ji is right. Calyptocapus vialis is a much shorter plant with
mostly prostrate to decumbent branches rooting at nodes and most importantly
three almost equally strong veins from leaf base.
