What few degrees? WMBD is a pest here, was a pest while I was cutting my DXing

Illinois and one of my earliest loggings after I moved to Lead, SD, where it
was at least common at night. Who does it protect?

Hi All:
We've done a good bit of travelling the past two weeks taking children and
their stuff home from college to summer jobs. Noted that the 1350 Peoria and
1510 Pittsburgh are still off. 1510 had what sounded like a dial tone from one
end ot the Pittsburgh area to the other. Also noted
We were too far north to hear WVMC when we blew through there two weeks ago.
All I noted was the Watseka that used to dominate the channel when I lived down
that way.
I have several hundred pages that I copied several years ago from the BYB

Hi Group:
Noted somebody on 1380 this afternoon (3/8) from about 1705-1715 w/classic rock
Classic Rock 102.3 ID's. Thought it might be WMTD, but they are //94.1.
Anybody know who this might be?

Hi All:
Was down in Gallipolis yesterday did a quick scan of the dial there. The
only thing of note was that WYHY, Cannonsburg, KY, was playing oldies, running
the True Oldies feed. So they're apparently CW no more.

Hi Group:
I noted 1160, WDJO, Florence, KY, this morning IDing as Sepertalk 1160.
They've dumped their oldies format, but they're signal is not good enough here
for me to ID any programming yet. I can't even pick our an ID to know if they
have changed their calls.

Yup. The signal is much better now. ID's as Cincinnati's Newstalk 1160,
calls sound like WTRC or WTRP but I can't be completely sure. I've noted
spots by Dave Ramsey for the Washington Times Weekly. They carry Dr. Laura
