When DXing from SW Minneapolis in the early 1990s, KUSD was still on the air.
I was southeast of the tx of the 690 Mpls Station (different call, same
pattern), in their main lobe and still able to null them to almost nothing and

day (we're about 60 miles from Bemidji) but not as strong as one would expect .
They're also subject to WCCO's digihash. KPMI doesn't get out that well,
either but I suspect you'll have a better chance with them

I think Conelrad started sometime in the early 1950s. I can remember one or

In a rare DX session yesterday evening, I heard a station on 1610
broadcasting what sounded like SS. Listened for a toh ID at 11P
(Eastern Time) but no such thing. Went into mx (which sounded to be in
EE) after that. Fair to poor signal with lots of static. Any ideas
(Toronto, perhaps)?
