Some very poor Trans-Polar LWBC this Sunday evening, nice to see that maybe
this winter will offer much better reception despite the present solar
cycle. 162 France, 189 Iceland, 198 UK, all at very poor level 0240-0350
utc.

My poorest morning in awhile. Lots of strongish hets but no audio until very
poor DU talk on 891 finally rose up around 1405 utc.
LWBC Rossii, 153 and 180 good, 234, 279 both poor at 1240 utc.

Lots of strong hets over the whole band today but very little audio, and
only Down Under, so overall conditions not very good except for 891
Australia.
891 4TAB dominant most of the time with usual talk about racing or doing a
race final; 5AN with music now and then. 1327 utc first heard, still
Lots of strongish hets but heavy domestic splatter, and not much audio today
(after a visit to Boise, ID Friday afternoon and Saturday and no listening).
A mix of Asian and Down Under.
567 Asian talk, very poor/poor 1345
747 Asian talk, very poor/poor 1347
891 DU with female vocal folk song,
Lack of internet/email for 24+ hours from yesterday, so yesterday's report
tacked on. Decent for DU yesterday; today exceptional for Asians (and no DU
heard). Since I don't receive Asians all that well here, today was very
good.

Don't hold out for a ToH legal ID from WKCE-1120 at night. All you'll get is
eight seconds of dead air.

Also tonight, try for WKCE-1120 Maryville, TN with Fox Sports Radio. They
started night operations for Friday night HSFB and are now 24/7, despite being
licensed for daytime operation only. I helped put this facility on the air in
1985. Wish now that I hadn't.
