years, the composite IDXD listing shows 4 different
programs logged,
Reloj ( which I've heard here ), Guama, Artemisa and Cadena CMKS. The latter is
not on
Molano's list.

So far, despite the obvious temptation, my strategy has been to resist getting
an SDR.

, however, if I get to a point where the 2010's are no longer
maintainable,
I'll have to make some kind of a decision.

They had multiple transmitters licensed, so I would say that is a reasonable
conclusion.
I've not heard the one testing yet, mmostly for lack of trying.

I was unable to pull much from the recordings, owing to the high noise level. I
did check the
site below earlier and found nothing which would be close enough to the
possible numbers
indicated in the original post. All of the MN 530's are in St. Paul, so it's
likely not MN.

The entire AM band is 1710-520, so 1.2 mHz. If you add LW, it's 1710-190 =
1.520, so you're covered
either way.

Best MW DX here middays in winter was WHO-1040 and WCCO-830 from Northern NJ

Iowa on 1630 and 1700 from here at about 1400. All but KCJJ-1630 are between
950 and 1000 miles.

IMHO, I wouldn't see that aspect as being of much significance for SR/SS DX
unless
we're looking at TA or TP, which I doubt you are. That said, although it isn't
explicit,
I think with GeoClock it's 'in there'.

the city coordinates
within Geoclock as a few miles here or there won't have much if any impact.
I have even used Geoclock, with just the city files data to track sunrise on TA
receptions at the LBI
DXpeditions with some success.

antenna.
These will all almost always be quieter than a wire antenna of almost any
length, either
vertically or horizontally polarized.
But since you are using an SDR, which is broadband, any of the tuned indoor
loop options
would be impractical as they are not broadband.

Likewise here, as I last checked my email shortly before 2100.
Had this test occurred a couple of weeks forward, we'd have had the group of us
who
concentrate on DX'ing the GY's assembled on 1450 already for that week.
