Hi Suzy, When all else fails, try running anti-spuyware software, such as Ad-Aware, Spybot, or a new one I found called, simply, No Ad-Aware. The latter is great and quite extensive in it's searching capabilities, but that's only my opinion. You will have to shell out some money with this
