Sounds as if your using the same as I am and I am not aware of a later
version with XP home/pro?
The only thing you could do is switch from using OE to just Outlook.

Hi Patricia,
My in-box has 2 messages in it that when I scrool down to them completely
stop Outlook express from working. I can't erase them, but I have a feeling
that perhaps they are somehow scrambled somewhere they shouldn't be, is
there anything I can do within Outlook itself to clear those
Why don't you give a looksy at both web site for the one offered here David

What I meant was that remove means one of two possibilities: remove to
deleted messages or unblock. Wonder which it is! marilyn

Yes, I have deleted deleted items as well, but I think it will only restore
the basic OE folders that came with the original program EG: inbox, saved

Let's say that you have a message that comes in every
You go to message to unblock sender and enter. When it says block the

messages from this sender to be blocked and you check yes. Then Outlook

With the message open hit alt+M and then the letter S. You'll get a message
that this person or whatever it says is added to your block senders list.
Now I need to remove you from that list myself.

You still get them just not in your inbox. If you don't want them to go to

John your message came through successfully,.
Hi,
Many thanks to the guy whose name aI can't now remember, but he helped me
find the place where the in-box actually is in my computer, so I got as much
out of there as I could, and zap, when I brought Outlook express up again,
there it was in all its glory, a new in box.
Again,
How do you customize the email page, so when you get to your inbox the email
is right there without all the links in front?

Well of course it's not going to be exactly like Outlook/Outlook Express.
But you can choose how the web page is laid out that best suits you. I chose
the plain text style myself...
This is located under mail options you just have to find it.
