Annette, The wrap the window function reformats a document so that the text fits into the screen window. If you have what used to be the JAWS recommendations of maximised Normal view at 75% zoom, then a document only uses about half the screen width. If it consists of long paragraphs, turning on

Hi Patti, Before you do anything else with Spy-bot,try this. Open the program, and select the search for updates, and hit enter. When it is done with the search, you will have a list view of all available updates. All of these are unselected by default, so you will need to make sure to check

If the material is broken into tracks, you can go forward by using the control+F command, and go backward by the control+b. When the sound is playing, use the control+p to pause, and hitting it a second time will resume playing. This will avoid restarting at the beginning of the file every time
