Jason,
Have a look at the Play menu and you'll find the keystrokes you need,
plus some more. In addition to those mentioned by Jeffrey, fast forward
is Control + Shift + F and rewind is Control + Shift + B. I think they
are only available if the author of the track has built the
functionality in,
Unless I'm missing something, could you not use Winamp to play your
podcasts? They're just plain MP3 files, so you could go for a better and
keyboard friendly alternative like Winamp. No offence, but I personally
don't like WMP due to the complex interface and nonsense keyboard
shortcuts. With
Control+shift+f will act as a toggle turning fast forward on and or off.
Control + P will toggle play and pause.

Hi:
I think r is rewind and a is fast forward. Mine shows two hot keys for
some reason foer each. Go into the menu bar by pressing the alt key,
arrow over to play, and then arrow down. JFW should list the hot keys as
you hit them.

Hi all,
I think this is yet another bug in the virtual cursor. Using JAWS 8.0.423 demo
and Outlook Express, some messages which I read in HTML come up blank. I have
to alt tab away from and back to it in order to read the message. Can anyone
else duplicate this? Thanks!

Hello,
I don't know how, but my computer don't have Outlook Express available anymore.
I would like to recover as many email messages as possible.
I have not reinstalled Outlook Express yet, and I would like to know what files
I need to find and save prior to reinstalling Outlook Express.
Hello. You will need the *.dbx files to recover back in to OE. Take a look
at

If you are referring to your list of favorites in IE, and you might not be

Open up IE and then open up your favorites menu. Next arrow down to you land
on a short cut or favorite icon. Hit your applications key and arrow up
