Kerry,
In jaws 11 you have to distinguish clearly between the voice adjustment
menu and the profile selection menu under the voices menu from within
the
jaws contextual menu.
The shortcut control s with jaws key, only brings up the select profile
menu, which may perhaps be what you also get via

I find jaws 12 better in keeping focus. It isn't perfect but sure better
than jaws 11. Jim

So far Jaws 12 is working great. Very responsive on both my XP and Windows

The charging connector on the back of your laptop, that the AC power plugs

If this is your problem, you can get it repaired at select computer shops.
Not every computer tech will do this type of repair.
Although there may have been a preference, there's nothing about not
being able to use the parallel output port or cord with any previous

I agree about JAWS 12 being responsive on both XP and Windows 7. I have
not tested it with Windows Live Mail yet but I'm pleased to see problems
fixed with that. Yes, the virtual menus are brilliant! Now, with Outlook

I think so basically you are saying that all I need is the following
information for a batch file that I will save as a .bat in a notepad
document.
@echo off
start jaws90\jfw.exe
Of course changing the jaws number to reflect the one in which I want. This

Hi, yes that's all correct. If you download the USB version directly
from freedom scientific's downloads page, the file they provide when
extracted will give you the structure you need as well, batch file,
autorun.inf file, etc. What you've outlined below is all correct and
using this
control panel task bar/start menu. Un-check hidden inactive icons. There is
also a advance button that will allow you to put my computer and other icons

Hi.
Usually, I am quite good at figuring things out for myself, but I do have a

If you want both it would require 2 separate license of jaws, or they
