I had this issue once, although with jaws versions 9, upgrading to 10
and because I had trouble getting the authorisation activated via the
internet, I uninstalled version 10, after which version 9 no longer
wanted to start when the computer started up.
It did not help to do
Log in with the old one, go to your settings, change the default to
the new one and delete the old one.
Of note - you should be able to log in with both email addresses if you
havent already deleted one of them, it takes some time for the change to
be recognised.

When using the PC cursor, when I tab to this button, Jaws tells me to press
the spacebar. When I do this, nothing happens.
I then went to the Jaws cursor. I could now arrow down to hear such items
as, Graphics, Virus and spyware definitions up-to-date. This was very
helpful.
It doesn't seem to be working at all right now for some reason or another.

I changed something in I believe options in Media Player Classic specifically
now the audio menus under both the play and nevigate audio sub menu are now
showing unavailable. I would like to reset the program back to factory
settings. However, I don't see how to do this short of reinstalling
using jaws 12 and just check researcher and works well. Using window 7 home.
