Folks, I have another weird activation question. I have a laptop using JAWS 9 and a dongle for activation. When used with a docking station the dongle is recognized and one gets full functionality. If one takes the laptop of the docking station and puts in the dongle I only get forty minute mode.

Ann, I don't think, or I would be quite surprised if, your student can actually run real Dos programs from Windows XP. There are sites which give you suggestions on what you may need to do to XP to enable some programs to run. From what I understand, though, programs which are 16-bit based

Yes, I use a Verizon email account. It is very basic in the fact it does not support communicating to your email client with IMAP or use secure email like gmail. It does support POP3 downloading of your email messages from their server to your client. There should be a help page for setting
