Hi there,
If you mean fast switching from user of the OS, yes it works and JFW will
remain on. I've done so by accident with no problems, but cannot remember the
key stroke combo.
HTH!

You might want to try hitting f11 and see what this does. F11 sets your
browser to full screen and no menue or task bars will show. This is a toggle
so hit it once to turn off and hit again to turn on

I have applied for a help desk position. The company uses a remote
access solution named screenconnect' from
www.screenconnect.com
This is java based.
Does anyone know if this is accessible or can be made so to be used
with nvda or jaws?
Any information is much appreciated.
Thanks much.
It works with Vista. As far as Jaws 11 goes, someone else will have to take
that.

Flor, how do I get to this dialogue in JAWS 11? I do not see any options
if I use jaws-key-F7 for this. I believe that Wayne was using JAWS 11,

While I do not have experience with that particular product, it is highly
unlikely that it will be accessible. I had been doing remote tech support

Hi Dan;
This is with Jaws11 XP. Try the following, with IE open;
1. Insert / Jaws key + 6 on the number row or, Insert / Jaws key +F2 key,
arrow down to configuration manager press enter.
2. Press alt + S, to open set options.
3. Press the letter H, to open HTML options or, arrow down to

OK, let's go back over this. I am using JAWS 11 with XP and IE 8. I was
the person who first mentioned configuration manager, html options, links.
As far as I can tell, none of those options stop JAWS from saying the word
link when you arrow over a link on a web page. There
Well partner, until you are able to upgrade to jaws v12 you can not get the

Hi Dan;
You are definitely correct. I thought unchecking 1 of those boxes on the
Links page would do it but, I was wrong. I even played in verboscity
settings couldn't stop Jaws from saying link . I have never tried
Flor's suggestion but, it sounds like you have it wouldn't work either.
ok, I am playing around with this and I just made a change to the
announcement of jaws saying link all the time and will need to undo it
because it sounds real stupid!
I went into the dictionary manager after signing onto the web, clicked add,
typed in the actual word link, tabbed to the

Hey there Cornell-
There is a switch users button on the start menu. Apparently though, you
need to log off the new user, then switch back to the original user and
either log off or restart normally- not sure. I was landing in la' la' land
when trying it, so just turned it off. I wanted a guest
Is there a JAWS keystroke that will tell me the tab position of the cursor?
