linked you to the Microsoft page on their site which has shortcuts for

Microsoft Windows updates. Look for IE9 and right-click it. Now, you can
uninstall it and revert back to your previous internet explorer verson.

We are having a problem with Internet Explorer 9 and have been told that there
is no way to remove the information bar so wish to remove it and go back to
Internet 8 but can’t find out in programmes what it comes under.
