In Outlook 2013 when I use Alt with the number 6 while in an open message
the BCC field contents are read. I think it should be the same with Outlook
2010. You can also use CTRL+E while in Outlook and type in bcc followed by
a colon and part of your name and you should get a list
I absolutely hated that! Of course, my reply offers no solution but I
remember once I performed a left mouse click like a thousand times and poof
it worked so to avoid that I found sighted help to click the darn button.
