A quick way to save attachments is alt-f, v (for victor). Then you meet
the Save/save-as dialogue, or you can press ENTER.

At that point JAWS stops speaking, and the computer hangs up.
This does not happen when we turn Jaws off.
I can open the files from File Explorer.

I must admit defeat at this point as to not finding any instructions how to
accomplish the task mentioned in the subject line. I probably will kick

I don't spend the weekend on a Snipe hunt so to speak.

I have never noticed MSE slowing down my system appreciably while a scan is
in progress. It's jus thtat it seems to take longer now for my XP system to
boot up and for JAWS to start talking than it used to , which is not
addressed in this article.
Gerald
- Original Message -
I agree, it is not addressed at all. I no longer have any XP systems so
can't comment further.

A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have evolved from
a simpler system that worked perfectly.

Yes, the same is observed by me as well. I am not talking about the
article and it's subject at all. I just want to agree to the member
who mentioned that after installing MSE, the booting time of the
system and loading time of JAWS increases.

I received the same thing but, it was near the beginning of this month. If
there are quite a few of us that have this problem, wouldn't something else
be wrong?

Firefox may be the best solution for you. Chrome has become very usable

When I try to open a file in MS Word, Excell and Word Pad,
Reparing jfw in this case, will not work, as he stated, he reinstalled jfw,
in this, i would recommend a system restore point from a previous day.
i dont think nav is the cause, as nav usually does not lock systems.
