Hi Mike. I have now got it resolved. It appears that Jaws was set to Read All. I changed it to Highlighted and that has solved the problem. I know a few years ago I had a similar problem but solved it somewhere in the view menue. That was with Jaws 9 or 10 though. I never thought of trying
