I received a message from Jaws Users that is causing problems in my In Box. I cannot delete it nor can I read messages that are coming in recently above it. If I focus on the message and delete it, so I think, a message on one side of it is deleted but never that bad message. I try to use the JAWS

No, that did not work at all. It would delete the message on either side of it, but not the one that needed to go. I finally went to Google mail and deleted it on the server there and then continued to try different things until I got lucky. Thanks for trying though and all is back to near normal,
