If I hit enter a couple of times. I thereafter always hear Heading Level

You have spell check before sending turned on.
To turn off Assuming office 2010 do the following:
Go to File Menu and select options.
In the Outlook options dialogue select Mail then tab to the Always check
spelling before sending check box.
Untick this then press OK button.

Arrow down to Styles and if it is available, open up the submenu and select
something that has to do with clearing or removing the heading level.

Tab to Where you type in the short cut and Press control + N.
Tab down to apply, then shift + tab to ok and press the spacebar.
