I am using windows seven 64 bit and Jaws v15. Ever so often Windows randomly changes my clock time setting. It will turn back the clock one hour even if I have automatic time change disable. I go in to date and time fix the clock say ok and all is well for a while and weeks later it does the hour

Yup, I have an idea. If your disk is not shown, then you have two possibilities. I'm amazed that it doesn't recognize, but I've had experience with other Seagate drives that run in an external enclosure. First, find the DiscWizard program on the Seagate website.
