Cross posting is the practice of sending the same message out to multiple recipients at the same time. For example sending a message to your mother while carbon copying the same message to your brother, sister ETC. Many people send the same message out to multiple mailing lists at the same time

I believe Win8 by default has a Accessories folder on the start screen. Are you sure it is not this folder you have opened and not a new folder you just created? Follow this path and look for an accessories folder: c:\users\[your name]\ If there is an accessories folder in this location check

I don't know, because once I saw the accessories folder in the start menu I deleted the one I made in my profile. all I can tell you is that when I got my windows 8.1 machine in the start menu there was no accessories folder. all the shortcuts to programs that are normally in the accessories
