Good morning. To create a new folder in Outlook 2010. With Outlook 2010 open. Press Alt. This takes me to the Home tab. Arrow right a couple times, to the Folder tab. Tab down the Folder tab. The first one is, New Folder. If you keep tabbing, there are other choices. Hope this is helpful. gaston
