Hi friends, I am just starting to try to learn Microsoft Windows Live mail. I have a message in my inbox which I open then use control r to reply. JAWS then seems to go in to forms mode and when I try to type a reply, it is trying to navigate a web page. Has anyone come across this please?

friends, i'll try to explain this. let's say I am in IE On.facebook or if i doo an alt plus shift to change my keyboard language. Not surprisingly, jaws till say..menu bar...and get stuck there. I ultimately have to close the program...and get back in there again...only to do it all over
