Hi Jim, Since I don't use Outlook 2010 this is a guess but if you try going to, Sort By, in your view menu or the context menu Descending is checked, press enter on, Ascending, the order will reverse. Or, vice versa. If I'm way off base someone will correct me. HTH Take care. Mike This

Hello, In my case, I could make it happen by hitting the left shift+control key shortcut. It would change my keyboard type and, as I indicated in my note below, the right control key would remain down. So, for example, if I hit the Tab key with the right Alt key, I would get Alt+Control+Tab.
