Thanks for the tip. I did find a shorter way by using your hot keys. The
shorter way is to.
Press alt enter while in the email. Then hit alt+r to check read receipt
then tab to ok and press space bar.

YOu can create a distribution list by hitting control shift L from anywhere
within outlook 2013. Give it a name, tab once, then start adding memebers from
your address book. HTH
