Just keep a very close eye on your computer to make sure that Windows 10 does not get installed surreptitiously. It's bad enough that Microsoft in general cannot be trusted, but based on your experience, even the agents who man the special accessibility help line can't be trusted, either.

Hello- The publisher of my Spanish textbook has sent a ftp file to me with instructions on how to open the file using File Explorer. I went to the menus and to view and clicked on view file with file explorer but there is no readable text. Can Jaws read these files or do I need another method?
