Just keep a very close eye on your computer to make sure that Windows 10 does not get installed surreptitiously. It's bad enough that Microsoft in general cannot be trusted, but based on your experience, even the agents who man the special accessibility help line can't be trusted, either.

I've experienced similar issues using the latest build of JAWS 17 under Windows 7. Also seems that JAWS 17 crashes a lot more than any other release I've used in recent memory. I've gone back to using JAWS 16 for now because it works a lot better in most instances. JAWS 16 and 17 does work
