I always download the new JAWS executable file and save it on my computer
and external drive. Installing the new .exe file always works better and has
less problems later. Just updating it usually causes problems later for me.

I tried to download the update, it look like it could work, but they gave me an
error about the patch not downloading or something. Now my computer will talk,
however, it won't let me navigate to things. It just says the letters I'm

Hahah, I've used outlook for so many years, and I finally found that route
to be easiest. I figured that one out a couple of weeks ago lol.
The only thing I hated about that was some folders were grouped in
conversations so it made the folders I didn't want grouped in conversation,

I found an easy solution. Just went to a personal folder which displayed
sender/subject/date was read by JAWS. Then went to view-> change view
