I use Cortana a lot, and I use one of three microphones.
I use a USB head set that has a built-in microphone, and Cortana hears me great
with that. I have a Blue Tooth Head set with built-in microphone, and Cortana
hears that one great as well.

That's because control-l forwards the message. It leaves the To: field
empty so you can provide the address to forward to.
Control-shift-l replies to the list. It works on this list -- I just
used it to send this reply.

Good point on that issue. If memory serves it says when you turn it on or
off, so I imagine the need for checking it manually is in order. Eric

Good point, but since it is invoked with a couple key strokes it shouldn't
be a large deal. I would imagine if say JAWS would happen to crash so that
the system would need to be rebooted then your screen would go back on. Now
that is probably worse case event.
