Let me preface this by stating that I don't know sqwat about Excel but, I am
now attempting to learn. Here is my problem. When I open a, .XLS file, my
arrow keys don't work most of the time. I thought that checking the box in
the configuration manager for showing the virtual viewer

I have the same problem. I find all I need do is navigate away from Excel
with an alt tab, and navigate back and all is well with the world. Just
one
of those qwerky Jaws work arounds
